Lunch was served at The Coffee Merchant in Mansfield, where hearty meals and laughter fueled us up for the next stretch. From here, the route took us straight into wine country — to the iconic Brown Brothers winery in Milawa. A private tour and tasting session awaited, giving our crew the chance to savour the finer things in life (without the keys in hand, of course).

By late afternoon, we rolled into the vibrant alpine town of Bright and checked into the sleek and stylish Bright Velo Hotel. Pre-dinner cocktails were served, followed by a three-course dinner that was nothing short of spectacular. Great food, stories shared, and glasses raised — it was the kind of evening that reminds us why we love what we do.

We kicked things off in true Marque style — gathered at Healesville, coffees in hand, excitement in the air. Each participant received their exclusive goody bag (yes, we love a branded treat), and after a quick briefing, the convoy roared to life. With engines warmed and spirits high, we wound our way through the lush Yarra Ranges, a scenic symphony of curves and canopies.

A quick caffeine hit at Yarck gave us the chance to stretch, chat, and admire the impressive lineup of machinery that had already turned more heads than a Ferrari in a school zone

While some of us slept in, a few early risers made the trek up the mountain for sunrise shots that looked straight out of a magazine spread. The fog. The cars. The mood. Chef’s kiss.

After a laid-back breakfast, we set off once more — this time on the famous Happy Valley route. These roads were built for enthusiasts, and for those behind the wheel, it was pure bliss. The perfect mix of challenging corners and sweeping views, it was the kind of drive that makes you fall in love with motoring all over again.

A classic country pub lunch wrapped things up, with hugs, handshakes, and promises of “same time next year.”
